Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong background in surface systems warfare

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of business development and capture management principles
  • Ability to travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays
