  • Communicating and developing rapport with clients.
  • Promoting Sanger Sequencing services to clients by visiting them at their organizations in an assigned territory.
  • Educating sample preparation and order submission processes.
  • Continuously maintaining a detailed knowledge of services, pricing, and service differences in comparison with competition.
  • Cultivating new sales prospects and expanding customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of Sanger Sequencing services.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals as established by the supervisor and managing daily sales activities.
  • Collaborating with sales, customer service, and technical support teams.
  • Maintaining sample dropboxes located in an assigned territory.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Travel within the territory as needed to meet with clients.
  • Occasional overnight travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or Biology-related majors.
  • Experience in selling genetic sequencing services or related laboratory services.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
