Regional Sales Director

About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve divisional sales objectives, penetrate new markets, and reduce churn. This role requires strategic planning, coaching, and development of team members to create effective action plans that drive AOP and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sales teams towards high-quality leads and assist in warming leads and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term sales strategies, working with cross-functional teams to open new accounts and reduce churn.
- Leverage technology to streamline administrative tasks, resolve customer issues, and grow account penetration.
- Communicate sales data to inform product/service planning and contribute to business growth.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, restaurant operations consultants, menu analysts, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Requirements
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, along with at least five years of foodservice sales experience and two years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
