About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Miami, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with dealers and distributors in the Kitchen and Bath Cabinet industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dealers and distributors
  • Perform territory evaluations using web-based platforms to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Manage and consult clients on joint business initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Drive market share in existing accounts while consistently evaluating territory growth opportunities through new dealers and distributors
  • Maintain high quality business relationships with customers and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Proven track record with 5 or more years of successful new business development and account management experience in the Kitchen and Bath Cabinet industry
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
