- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking produce to ensure that the department is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays
- Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising displays and signage to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure that all produce is properly labeled, priced, and displayed to meet company standards.

- Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store-wide initiatives and strategies.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a produce department or related field, including leadership and management experience.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, associates, and management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Knowledge of produce products, including varieties, quality, and pricing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
