Job Summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Board of Directors in the Nonprofit/Entertainment industry. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Assistant to the CEO: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Board of Director Support: Assist the Board of Directors with meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
