The Uniondale, Long Island office is looking to enhance its Commercial Litigation group by bringing on board a qualified Associate.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory; New Jersey Bar admission is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Proficient in taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and client interactions.
  • Exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and verbal communication are critical.
  • Strong professional judgment along with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.

We provide a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package within a supportive and friendly workplace. The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000, with actual compensation reflecting the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
