Qualifications and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory; New Jersey Bar admission is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation is required.
  • Proficient in taking and defending depositions, representing clients in court, and engaging with clients and opposing counsel.

  • Demonstrated professional judgment, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
