Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is dedicated to medical malpractice law and has a solid background in defense litigation. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of intricate medical malpractice cases and will be instrumental in developing our defense strategies.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Active admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Malpractice Defense or related fields such as Associate Attorney, Defense Attorney, Insurance Defense Attorney, or Personal Injury Defense Attorney.
  4. Significant experience in civil litigation, particularly in general liability and personal injury defense.
  5. Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.
  6. Strong negotiation skills with experience in settlement discussions.
  7. Excellent research and analytical capabilities, particularly in understanding complex medical and legal matters.
  8. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
