Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to efficiently manage administrative tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a behind-the-scenes role, possesses a keen attention to detail, and is adept at adhering to guidelines. The Business Support Specialist (BSS) is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication with field teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Manage account functions, including payment processing and resolution of billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with assigned regions to handle daily tasks and fulfill BSS responsibilities.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets for auditing studio sales and processing commission payroll, bi-monthly.
  • Identify and charge missed late cancel revenue daily.
  • Monitor and address declined payments, submitting help desk tickets for members with extended payment issues.
  • Conduct administrative audits for each studio in the assigned region.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing support to other members of the BSS team.
Requirements
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to identify and implement business process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in date entry.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with employees in the field.
  • Highly proficient in MBO and Excel preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience, ideally in both studio and administrative settings.
