Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Support Specialist to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our SaaS solutions, building strong relationships with our campus customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative guidance to campus customers on Human Capital Management and Payroll transactions, ensuring a high standard of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and organizational partners to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
  • Research and recommend proposed enhancements from customers, testing and validating solutions to address customer issues.
  • Develop process documentation, diagrams, and workflows to support efficient issue resolution.
  • Provide support for ServiceNow Knowledge Management and proprietary e-commerce platforms, with training provided as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and technical support principles.
