Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CUA 5 Program Director and Assistant Program Director
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience in office management and administrative operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
