Job Overview

Synertech Environmental LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Project Managers, handle data entry, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and spreadsheets
  • Review and cross-reference data to ensure quality assurance and quality control
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
