- Technology Support: Provide technical support for departmental equipment, software, and systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field, including administrative support, business operations, and customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of University policies and procedures, as well as PeopleSoft skills.
The University of Missouri-Columbia offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, retirement, paid time off, short- and long-term disability, paid parental leave, and paid caregiver leave. We also offer a competitive salary range of $18.50-$26.00 per hour.
