Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Landmark Hospitals of Columbia Mo. LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our hospital operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow between departments and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to hospital operations, including answering phones, dispatching calls, and maintaining group calendars.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including health information management and human resources records.
  • Assist with event planning, organization, and execution, including maintaining distribution lists and exhibiting professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including copying, distributing minutes and agendas, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support hospital operations by performing other duties as determined by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent communication, typing, and keyboarding skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week.
