Job Title: Senior IT Asset Manager

Revolution Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for supporting the asset management life cycle of information technology hardware and/or software assets throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and reconcile asset discovery data against current inventory data, entitlement data, and contractual terms and conditions for IT assets.
  • Implement policies, processes, and procedures in support of Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) objectives.
  • Identify and integrate ITAM processes with related processes within IS, to include Integrated Cloud Orchestration System (ICOS), procurement management, contract management, change management, and incident management.
  • Provide ITAM support and services to IS projects upgrading or implementing new software and hardware assets.
  • Forecast, track, and notify interested IS organizations of critical lifecycle and contractual milestones and activities.
  • Actively seek and identify opportunities for cost savings and containment.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management policies, procedures, and concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of hardware/software licensing/maintenance models.
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Education and Experience:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or 4 years of IT or other job-related work experience. Required Work Experience: 5 years of asset management, procurement, workstation support, or other job-related work experience.
