Job Overview

Educology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance and support to our clients throughout the testing process, leveraging your expertise to drive quality outcomes.
  • Quality Focus: Develop and implement testing strategies that ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, coverage, and reliability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach diverse testing teams, providing data-driven performance feedback and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Project Management: Manage testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, including coverage, quality, defect detection, and defect density.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage cost models and staffing plans to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing projects.
  • Change Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough change impact analyses, calculate outcomes, and present findings to leadership.
  • Testing Governance: Champion testing governance and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience driving complex testing engagements in the healthcare industry, including product testing, system integration, interface testing, user acceptance, performance, and more.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present testing excellence to various stakeholders.
  • Estimation and Planning: Proven experience estimating, planning, and replanning testing projects, including hours and cost.
  • Test Development and Execution: Expertise in building and managing test development and execution burn-downs.
  • Testing Processes and Delivery: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and delivery, including contract analysis, test strategy, test development, test execution, defect management, and quality evidence and results.
  • Test-Related Tools and Technologies: Working understanding of various test-related tools and technologies, including test management tools, test data tools, EDI, automation, and performance.
