Everlight Solar is in search of a dedicated Recruitment Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in attracting and identifying top talent for our organization. This position involves engaging with potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and aligning them with suitable job openings.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to facilitate various recruitment activities, including liaising with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication with applicants.

This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry-level opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting detailed notes and managing phone inquiries.
  • Conduct applicant screenings through virtual meetings.
  • Build rapport with job seekers to understand their career aspirations.
  • Utilize innovative recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms, including databases and social media.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly within the iOS and macOS environments.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
