About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Industrial Credit Union. As a Lender - Member Service Representative 4, you will play a crucial role in providing financial solutions and assistance to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Discuss loan consolidation options and craft solutions to bridge financial gaps.
  • Empower members with the tools they need for financial success.
  • Find, secure, and close lending opportunities that benefit our members and strengthen our community.

Requirements:

  • Financial institution experience.
  • Lending experience.
