Qualifications:

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the homebuilding or construction industry.

Skills and Qualities

Proven track record of successful project management and operational optimization. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
