Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead our North Carolina location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary-driven menu, and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant personnel who deliver industry-leading customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely inventory turns, particularly for high-value items such as bottled beer and liquor.
  • Training and Development: Provide industry-leading training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by effectively communicating with staff, using various approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Store Conditions: Maintain store conditions that meet or exceed company standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial and accounting reports to control expenses, including food cost, inventory, cash control, payroll, and other operational costs, within company budget guidelines.
  • Scheduling and Task Management: Post staff schedules within company timelines and complete recurring tasks on or before scheduled deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a 95% or higher rating on government health inspections.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading high-volume full-service restaurants, with a track record of motivating and developing high-achieving teams.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for guests.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to set high standards, delegate effectively, and develop staff.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate openly, clearly, and effectively with a positive, solutions-oriented demeanor.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to meet expectations in sales, costs, quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and other key areas.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, and company assets.
