Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to product selection and implementation handoff.
  • Engage professionally with potential clients, addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for product assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Technically proficient and capable of comprehending our ERP platform comprehensively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to understand, articulate, and document a customer's unique business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively qualify potential customers to ensure a suitable match from both the software and customer perspectives.
  • Skilled in identifying and communicating with key decision-makers early in the sales process.
  • Open to feedback and able to implement guidance from the leadership team throughout the sales process.
  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and changes as required by the organization.
  • Strong team player with a unified vision.
