Sr. Marketing Representative Job Description

EAC Design is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Marketing Representative to join our PTC Business Unit team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing cohesive marketing campaigns to promote our products and services across various digital media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Unit and Corporate Marketing leadership to design and deliver transformative marketing automation campaigns that align with EAC's strategic business goals and budget.
  • Create and collaborate with multiple teams to provide communication, promotions, and sales tools for direct and channel sales activities, national branding presence, and additional promotional materials.
  • Design and implement innovative, goal-driven marketing automation campaigns that enhance lead nurturing across channels such as email, social media, and web while promoting best practices for optimal business unit success.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to ensure ongoing business unit success.
  • Create and manage the marketing story of the business unit through graphics and illustrative methods.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.
  • Perform support duties including database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, and managing sales and marketing software tools.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional marketing experience (not including college projects)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in channel marketing and/or partner sales support
  • 1-2 years of experience in NetSuite, MS Office, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WordPress preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations

What We Offer:

  • Starting annual salary of $60,000
  • 40+ hour per week, salaried, exempt position
  • Remote or hybrid work option in the Minneapolis, MN area
