Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team at Area Temps, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and manage various office processes, provide information management support, and coordinate operational systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight for the day-to-day operations in support of the leadership team
  • Support all elements of administration in support of institutional goals, including budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collect, organize, and store information using digital and other filing systems, ensuring accurate and secure data management
  • Oversee special projects and track progress towards project-related goals, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Assist guests at the box office, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues and problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of budget planning, human resources, and customer service procedures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build and expand on skills through educational opportunities
  • Ability to work well under pressure, ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in digital filing systems and data management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented, with a positive disposition and attitude, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to follow all operational policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
