Position Title:
End User Technical Support Analyst
Position Description:
- Deliver on-site technical assistance, including desktop imaging and the deployment of end-user devices utilizing Windows 10/11 or Apple MacOS and iOS operating systems.
- Provide comprehensive support for end-user devices, encompassing hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and component replacement.
- Facilitate remote software and device support, addressing issues through troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
- Support a variety of devices, including Mac and Windows desktops and laptops, network and desktop printers, VoIP phones, Wireless Access Points, and Local Area Network hardware.
- Assist with content management in Microsoft M365 SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Provide support for Microsoft M365 Office applications.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in installing new computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Desired Skills:
- Over 4 years of experience in on-site end-user hardware and software technical support.
- Basic knowledge of installing and troubleshooting local area network and wireless network hardware components and cabling.
- Experience in supporting and managing VoIP phone systems.
- Familiarity with administering or supporting Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office products.
