  • Provide motivation and demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire team members to exceed expectations.
  • Assist with training and development of guest service team members.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Ability to give and take written and oral direction.
  • Clear communication skills in English to relate to guests and team members.
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures.
