Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visits to assess service quality, review care documentation, and gauge client satisfaction. Identify client needs to ensure safety and address any concerns.
  • Performance Documentation: Record feedback, including compliments and complaints regarding caregiver performance.
  • Client Engagement: Present services to prospective clients and referral sources, fostering strong relationships.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives as directed by management.
  • Direct Care: Provide hands-on care to clients when necessary.
  • Client Intake and Assessment: Support the intake process, conduct assessments, and assist in developing care plans as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

This role is essential in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring client satisfaction at A Place At Home.
