About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our business, working closely with the General Manager to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading store operations to meet corporate and management objectives.
- Understand and enforce all company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state, federal, and local laws.
- Record data and prepare company reports in a timely and organized manner.
- Focus on guest satisfaction, staffing requirements, product consistency, staff training, and facility cleanliness.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of the service, food, and beverage industry.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time at 45-60 hours per week.
