Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process
  • Provide clinical assessments for potential clients
  • Work closely with the Program Director to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Licensed RN, LPC, or LMSW
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and/or industry
