Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health (EIH) department, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Translate and draft documents, correspondence, and presentations in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist in the preparation of travel authorizations, reservations, and related requirements.
  • Organize and host virtual meetings using Zoom and Teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, including meeting preparation, budgeting, and travel coordination.
  • Translation abilities and experience in supporting translation processes for documentation.
  • Proficient in using current technology and software, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word.

Working Conditions

This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment and is generally performed in a professional office setting or home office.
