About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual administrative assistant to join our team in a hybrid office/telework role. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health (EIH) department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document handling.
  • Type information and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
  • Edit and review documents and presentations for accuracy and correct spelling in both languages.
  • Prepare draft translations of correspondence and other documents, ensuring clarity and adherence to our standards and policies.
  • Format and prepare a variety of documents in both English and Spanish for final presentation.
  • Review, proofread, and recommend revisions to correspondence and other material for clearance/signature.
Requirements
  • Fluent in speaking and writing for both English and Spanish.
  • Administrative skills, including meeting preparation, budgeting, and travel coordination.
  • Translation abilities, including experience in supporting translation processes for documentation.
  • IT skills, including proficiency in using current technology and software, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word.
