Your Role:
As a Senior Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, engaging in social and recreational activities, assisting with meal preparation, medication management, and other essential tasks. You will report directly to the caregiver relations manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the client service plan, assisting with bathing, grooming, medication administration, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), while monitoring any changes in the client's condition.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues regarding client care to the appropriate team member.
  • Ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for clients.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines.
  • Foster effective communication with clients, their families, and fellow employees.
  • Uphold the dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality of our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidates should have at least six months of experience in senior caregiving; however, we welcome those new to healthcare and will provide training.
  • Maintain a professional and safe demeanor.
  • Ability to compose reports in English.
