Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide advanced administrative support to our leadership staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and supporting senior-level management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leadership staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure timely retrieval of information.
  • Use standard word processing and software to produce routine and complex documents, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
  • Compose correspondence, type, proofread, and draft a variety of reports, letters, and memos.
  • Develop and recommend operational processes and/or process improvements for department-related efficiency.
  • Assist with conferences and special events, including scheduling and facilities coordination.
  • Provide backup front desk coverage when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration and supporting senior-level management.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of basic concepts of Medicaid and managed care preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Health care or managed care experience.
