Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to support our client's business growth by implementing process improvements and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong background in process improvement and change management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and coordinating with third-party vendors. They will also develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, and ensure successful project delivery by monitoring and controlling project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver complex projects related to business process improvement and software implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring and controlling project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
• 10-20 years of experience in project management and business analysis
• Experience with software implementation and change management
• Strong experience with process improvement and process mapping
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
