Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

POP MART Americas INC. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including POP MART's characters, products, and company history.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations, providing customers with expert advice to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support product shipment deliveries, organize stockroom, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Drive sales of key products, including Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
