Your Role:
The Cell Site Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operations of cellular sites.

This position requires the ability to lead a skilled team of tower technicians, mentor new hires, and uphold a safe and efficient work environment.

This pivotal role demands a blend of construction and project management expertise to deliver projects of the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Cell Site Operations Supervisor in the installation, upkeep, and removal of all components related to wireless cell site foundations, including grounding conduits and electrical setups.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities and effectively communicate with all levels of management, staff, and client needs.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on various types of cell towers, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Complete tasks within the project scope accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, and repair methods are followed.
  • Analyze site data and perform necessary calculations.
  • Identify basic hardware, software, and air interface issues using various testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with a team and respond promptly to service requests.
Specific duties may adapt over time based on business and client requirements.

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Tower Technician III or in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated skills in construction (civil and RF), with a solid understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and deliverables.
  • Certification in Climbing Safety & Rescue (assistance may be available for renewals).
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and plumbing diagrams.
  • Familiarity with relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
  • Proficient in using cell site service monitors and RF testing equipment.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude towards changing priorities.

Work Environment:
At Pearce Services, safety is our top priority. Candidates must adhere to OSHA standards.

  • Ability to climb structures or operate lifts for extended periods.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights ranging from 90' to over 500'; maintaining effective weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects and reaching overhead.
  • Willingness to travel within the market area for extended periods, with per diem provided based on project needs.

Compensation:
$33.00-$36.00 hourly, depending on experience.
