- Develop ISP designs for pathway construction.
- Provide recommendations that align with both client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with utility companies to coordinate services for cell sites.
- Engage daily with a diverse range of stakeholders, including construction and project managers.
- Experience with relevant software tools, including Osmose and O-Calc.
- Understanding of utility pole structures and wind-load calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and pulling.
- Willingness to follow directions from supervisors and support team members on-site.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Capability to lift weights up to 100 pounds.
- Mandatory use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while on job sites.
