Senior Sales Account Executive

Candescent is a leading provider of digital banking solutions, and we're seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team.
About the Role:We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry. As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our industry-leading NCR Voyix Digital Banking platform.
You'll interact daily with banks and credit unions, educating them on how our platform can help them increase customer engagement and grow profit. Your goal will be to cultivate decision-maker contacts, engage them through orchestrated touch patterns, and advance leads through the sales stages using our Digital Banking sales methodology.
Responsibilities:- Research accounts, build business plans, and create communication plans to understand targets and generate prospect interest.
- Perform outbound sales activities, including discovery calls, prospect visits, tradeshows, and lead validation discussions.
- Proactively look for opportunities to engage Marketing to influence campaign planning and optimize the inbound lead management process.
- Build relationships internally and externally, and effectively communicate with prospects to positively influence deal progression.
- Educate prospects on NCR Voyix Digital Insight's value proposition and product capabilities.
- Track all sales activities and meet or exceed quota metrics for growing the Digital Banking pipeline and new annual contract value.
- Partner with NCR leadership and finance teams on winning pricing models and strategies.
- Partner with NCR Contracts and legal on negotiating terms and conditions of service agreements with prospects in sales.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of Digital Sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Must be located in the Northeast to travel to client sites.
- Executive-level verbal and written communication.
- Understanding of Salesforce for Forecasting and opportunity management.
- A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude.
- Strong desire to achieve goals and share what works in a highly collaborative environment.
