Job Title: Senior Customer Care Associate

At Country Life, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Customer Care Associate to join our Sales Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and ensure seamless execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter domestic and international sales orders, and follow up with correspondence to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process distributor orders and maintain communication with buyers to resolve any issues.
  • Track and manage key and web accounts, including promo and new store orders.
  • Generate sales reports for the sales team to inform business decisions.
  • Release and revise orders as necessary to ensure accurate shipment from various system queues.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and broker team, including sales orders, product information, pricing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate trade shows and special events to showcase our products.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Set up new accounts and follow up with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Manage new lead distribution, follow-up, and tracking to ensure timely conversion.
  • Generate reports on new products to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with customer care-related activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong data entry skills, with experience in alpha/numeric data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
  • Ability to review and verify information for accuracy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.
Education and Certifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
