Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to the Account Services Department, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient order management. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, data input, tracking orders, and providing customers with timely updates. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Input and track orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, packaging, and delivery.
  • Process product returns and prepare inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and send sample requests to customers.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with reception responsibilities as needed.
  • Forward customer complaints to Quality Assurance for resolution.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Required to be present in the office to collaborate with peers and supervisors as needed.
  • Potential to move between office sites/areas, including stairs, to complete job functions.
