Lease Pricing Specialist II

We are seeking a Lease Pricing Specialist II to provide analytical support for structured asset-finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes and markets. This role involves integrating tax, accounting, credit, and other financial constraints into lease optimization models. You will prepare pricing and economic analyses for clients while coordinating with internal teams to finalize client pricing for funding and booking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cash flow analysis and financial modeling in Leasing, Structured Asset Finance, Project Finance, or similar fields.
  • Utilize Excel and specialized tools for cash flow optimization and analysis.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of leasing or related asset finance products, including taxation, accounting, and regulatory capital calculations.
  • Display strong analytical skills with a keen business acumen in the commercial banking sector.
  • Confidently challenge inefficient solutions and escalate concerns proactively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in relevant fields.
  • Expertise in Excel and cash flow analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen in commercial banking.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary along with a discretionary year-end incentive based on performance.
