Business Development Manager

Altius Search Group is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to mid-sized businesses in the Minneapolis area.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct sales to Major Accounts within an assigned regional territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all assigned accounts.
- Prospect and develop new relationships within specific vertical markets (e.g., material handling, light industrial, oil & gas, supply chain sourcing, hospitality, automotive, scientific testing, agriculture, health sciences).
- Tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs of different industries.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of sales experience required, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software is preferred.
- 100% remote position with a preference for candidates in target states (Minnesota, Ohio, Nevada, Kentucky, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Illinois).
