Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at CRG Search. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the commercial real estate or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
