We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional III to join our team at UL Solutions. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer product information, identifying industry trends and communicating completion time commitments.
- Prioritize customer needs, determining special requirements and obtaining necessary information and samples.
- Organize customer information using CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
