Administrative Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, billing, and filing documents.
• Assist with project coordination, including organizing equipment installation and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Work closely with Wachter technicians and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in project management or administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
