Senior Global Express Cabin Supervisor

Silver Air is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Senior Global Express Cabin Supervisor, a pivotal role aimed at enhancing our Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations through unparalleled professionalism, dedication, and luxury service. We seek candidates with a minimum of 5-10 years of high-level executive assistant experience or equivalent, coupled with a blend of Part 135/91 flight exposure, to adeptly manage the high expectations and intricacies of our private jet charter clientele and aircraft proprietors.
The ideal applicant will showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities, a background in catering or hospitality, a nurturing yet assertive demeanor, and a polished appearance that reflects diversity and a global outlook. This role necessitates residing within a reasonable distance for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service on Crew Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 flights by proactively anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
- Effectively communicate the array of available amenities to guests, ensuring they are well-informed on how to utilize these features for an optimal in-flight experience.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude during guest interactions, creating a positive impression upon greeting and bidding farewell to guests.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring all are immaculate and secure, promptly reporting the status to the flight crew.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the aircraft interior before, during, and after flights, fostering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the "Cabin Attendant Handbook," maintaining Silver Air's exemplary standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee the ordering of catering and procurement of essential flight and guest necessities tailored to each flight, ensuring a personalized and high-quality in-flight experience.
- Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and meticulously organized according to Silver Air's exacting standards, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Prioritize safety and compliance in all actions and duties, ensuring these critical aspects govern the management of in-flight activities.
- Assist with the Initial Cabin Setup as required, contributing to the readiness and excellence of the aircraft's interior for guests.
- Manage hangar space and maintain an adequate stock of necessary supplies, ensuring the efficient organization and readiness of the aircraft and support areas for all flights.
- A college degree is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in providing high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to the expectations of VVIP clients.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A knack for resourceful problem-solving and the ability to address challenges innovatively.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong time management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards.
- An intuitive understanding of client needs, underpinned by outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling personalized service delivery.
