Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Beverage Supervisor is accountable for the following:
- Overseeing the organization, cleanliness, and disassembly of the designated bar area.
- Ensuring bartenders are knowledgeable about recipes, accurate in processing orders, and proficient in cash and credit transactions.
- Creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for guests while adhering to all service standards for alcohol as established by AEG and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
- Current certification from the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Experience in menu planning and development.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for this role include close and distance vision.
- Moderate noise levels are typical in the work environment.
Commit to safe work practices, adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and complete necessary training.
Encourage your team to uphold safety standards, report unsafe conditions, and participate in safety training.
Document all safety incidents in the company's risk management system on the same day they occur.
