Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fleet operations and other service tasks (e.g., cabin cleaning, overnight cleaning, lavatory servicing, water replenishment)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas while ensuring proper equipment care
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often noisy environment
  • Prioritize safety, utilizing personal safety gear provided for the job
  • Frequently lift, carry, and move heavy items; work in confined or elevated spaces; climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods; carry heavy items up and down stairs; push/pull loaded and empty carts; and stand for long durations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Adhere to established procedures in performing work
  • Anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with electronic tools for interpreting flight schedules and airline destination information
  • Basic mathematical skills (e.g., counting bags, verifying cargo weights)
  • Ability to communicate instructions in English
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds regularly
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to operate equipment safely
  • Airport SIDA Badge Requirements:
    • Employees must obtain a SIDA badge from the airport authority and maintain good standing to keep their badge. Refer to the SIDA Badge Requirements document for detailed information.

Physical Demands:

All team members are expected to lift up to 75 pounds frequently and consistently. Certain roles may require working on knees, at or above shoulder height, or while bending or stooping.
