Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Beverage Supervisor will report to the Beverage Manager.

  • Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and dismantling of the designated bar area.
  • Ensure bartenders possess thorough knowledge of recipes, accurate ringing of all products, and proficient cash and credit card handling.
  • Deliver and foster an enjoyable, friendly, and vibrant atmosphere for all guests while adhering to the service standards for alcohol as established by AEG Hospitality and TABC regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume bar environment.
  • Current Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification required.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods without aid.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience in menu planning and development.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours.
  • Availability for extended hours due to business needs, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and use hands for handling or reaching.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.
  • Noise levels in the work environment are typically moderate.


Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.


Encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete necessary safety training.

Document all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) in the company's risk management system on the same day the incident is reported.
