Department Overview


Our esteemed Inside Sales & Retention team plays a crucial role in guiding both current and prospective customers in their decision-making by showcasing the advantages of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales approach.

This role involves 100% inbound interactions with new and existing clients—there is no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully market DISH and Boost products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate each customer's requirements and propose the most suitable solutions.

  • Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
  • Record customer details, including demographics and billing information.

Compensation
$17.75 per hour base pay, along with uncapped commission. Target earnings are $64,000 annually, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Top achievers earn well over six figures each year. You will also have the chance to advance two levels within your first year, accompanied by a corresponding title and hourly pay increase.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Completion of a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test.
  • Availability to work full-time, on-site.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possession of a smartphone or similar device with an active network connection.

Salary Information

The base pay range provided serves as a guideline.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is determined by the role's location and may change based on work location.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
